SUMMARY
The "shortcuts" option allows custom shortcuts for "Walk Through Windows", but if I set one, it doesn't work as expected. Described in detail here:

https://discuss.kde.org/t/behaviour-of-meta-tab/32160/3

Setting "Walk Through Windows Alternative" works just fine, but this is super confusing

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open "Settings" -> "'Workspace" -> "Shortcuts" -> "KWin"
2. Leave `Alt + Tab` as the "Walk Through Windows" default binding and set a custom shortcut for `Meta + Tab`

OBSERVED RESULT
 `Alt + Tab` will still work as expected but `Meta + Tab` will not

EXPECTED RESULT
They should do the same

This is fixed as of Plasma 6.4 where we actually set Meta+Tab as the shortcut here by default.
