SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Skanpage on KDE Fedora 42
2. The app doesn't open, an error message appears

OBSERVED RESULT

The terminal shows this message:
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::filesystem::__cxx11::filesystem_error'
  what():  filesystem error: recursive directory iterator cannot open directory: El fitxer o directori no existeix [/usr/share/tesseract/tessdata/]
KCrash: Application 'skanpage' crashing... crashRecursionCounter = 2
Avortat (s'ha bolcat la memòria)


EXPECTED RESULT
Skanpage should open without errors.

That looks like tesseract is not properly installed

I did not install anything other than KDE Fedora 42 itself, Skanpage came bundled with the base install. Is it a problem of the distro?
