STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use Breeze global theme
2. go to Splash Screen KCM and apply "None" option
3. go to Global Theme KCM and apply "Breeze Dark" option
4. go to Splash Screen KCM

OBSERVED RESULT
no option is highlighted in Splash Screen KCM

EXPECTED RESULT
active splash screen ("Breeze" in this case) should be highlighted
