This isn't the same issue as Bug 501966.
I can't reproduce on v.6.3.3 Operating System: openSUSE Tumbleweed 20250324 KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.3 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.12.0 Qt Version: 6.8.2 Kernel Version: 6.13.7-1-default (64-bit) Graphics Platform: Wayland
This will be rendered moot once distros follow the recommendations at https://community.kde.org/Distributions/Packaging_Recommendations#Polkit_configuration, which offers a way better UX. I think we should focus on that.
