SUMMARY
menu, file Actions Keys eg save, save as are missing Access Key definitions eg Alt+S, Alt+A or 
Alt+[W] (for instance) to activate screenshot: 'window under cursor' etc


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  start Spectacle
2. 
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
No Alt+keys

EXPECTED RESULT
alt+s should open file dialog (file chooser, file manager)
