SUMMARY
Keyboard shortcut for Copy (Ctrl+C) is not loaded

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Configure 'Copy' to something else
2. Restart the application

OBSERVED RESULT
Copy is still "Ctrl+Shift+C" - but Paste is loaded correctly
