SUMMARY The "Add Clip or Folder" arrow button does not show the usual drop-down menu of other options like "Add Title Clip". Instead, it will add the usual colored highlight. Only once out of about 99 clicks of the button would actually work. I could not find what was it that made the drop-down menu appear properly. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Install the kdenlive flatpak in Fedora 41 Workstation 2. Open the application 3. Click on the "Add Clip or Folder" arrow button. OBSERVED RESULT The button changes color to indicate it has been clicked, but the drop-down menu does not appear. EXPECTED RESULT The button changes color to indicate it has been clicked, and the drop-down menu of other options like "Add Title Clip" appears. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux: Fedora 41 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.12.0 Qt Version: 6.8.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This happens regardless if there are already clips in the project bin.
Fedora Flatpaks of Kdenlive are notorious for not working correctly due to the distro's own packaging of Flatpaks. Please try with the appimage of Kdenlive (https://kdenlive.org/en/download/) and report back whether the issue still persists. Thanks.

Thanks. Sorry for the wait. I kept forgetting to do this and provide feedback. I tried the AppImage package and it does not have this issue. However, the kdenlive flatpak I have installed does not come the Fedora Flatpaks repo. It originates from the official flathub repo.
