SUMMARY
During the process of vault creation, more precisely on the "security notice" page, clicking on any link does not open it in the browser but instead makes the textarea empty 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select vaults and create new
2. Enter name and select gocryptfs
3. Click next
4. Click any link

OBSERVED RESULT
Security notice textarea becomes blank

EXPECTED RESULT
Link should be opened in browser?

The new vault creation process no longer includes a page with any links, so this problem has been rendered moot as of Plasma 6.4
