STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. go to power managament in the setting
2. activate charge limit
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
no field for the max value

EXPECTED RESULT
field to setup the lower and upper value

That means your device doesn't support letting you customize the charge limit in a granular way; rather it only supports you turning the feature on or off, and internally decides what a good upper bound is.
