STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. systemsettings
2. navigate to power management

OBSERVED RESULT

application becomes totally unresponsive, attempting to close it provokes a crash

EXPECTED RESULT

can configure power settings

Are you using a non-default font or font size, and or are you using the system in German?

Yes to both, I have configured the font family/size "DejaVu Sans 14pt", and use German. I can confirm that with either font configuration reset to default or with env var LANG=C the problem (hanging/unresponsive) does not occur.
