SUMMARY

In the Pager widget, the number/name of a newly created desktop is displayed only after *another* desktop has been created or removed.
It should be displayed immediately upon creation.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch System Settings, Select Virtual Desktops
2. Click Add Desktop, Click Apply

OBSERVED RESULT
A new desktop appears in the widget. But its 'name field' is blank.

EXPECTED RESULT
It should not be blank. Instead, the desktop's name, or number, depending on user's config, should appear.
