Description Sven Grewe 2025-03-16 20:10:39 UTC
SUMMARY
Having an option like in Android where you can whitelist networks. When the option is enabled KDE Connect will not do anything in untrusted networks.
You probably want this on portable computers like e.g. a laptop. It's more likely that you will connect such devices to public networks (Wifi/Cable). This will make them more vulnerable to unknown attacks that targets KDE Connect.

OBSERVED RESULT
No option available to even disable KDE Connect directly (or it's not obvious in the UI).

EXPECTED RESULT
An option like in the Android version.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.3
