SUMMARY
Ghost Window caused by Window Transparency - Inactive windows


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Go "Settings - Window Management - Desktop Effects - Window Transparency - Inactive windows", set any value but 100%;
2. Open any window, make it inactive then click minimize or close it;
3. It become a ghost window

Hi - just to check, when you listed Window Transparency under Desktop Effects, was that meant to be "Translucency"?

I'm not able to reproduce any undesired effects from the steps that were listed there - could you please attach a screenshot of what you're seeing on your device?
