SUMMARY
holding down any key that produces a bell sound when the audible bell setting is enabled freezes kde plasma

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. go to settings -> system bell
2. enable audible bell
3. hold down any key that produces the bell sound (EX: holding down an arrow key in the gtk file picker)
OBSERVED RESULT
kde crashes when i hold down any key that makes the bell sound 

EXPECTED RESULT
kde not crashing
