Kernel: 6.11.0-19-generic GNOME 47.0 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I moved from the apt install to the snap (version 25.03.70) and it seems to start fine with this version. So maybe that's it.
Hi - yes, Ghostwriter is now on version 24.12.3, and version 23.08.5 is no longer supported by KDE. Typically, keeping older versions running like that requires some work on packaging and patching by the downstream distribution - Ubuntu/Kubuntu in this case - so there may be some missing dependencies or files in how they are distributing Ghostwriter for the 24.10 release.
yup, weird that apt package is that old ! did not pay attention first. Now it seems more stable with 24.12.03 (i face new bug though on export now, "weasyprint missing" message on error even with a pandoc or wkhtml2pdf export - and i have weasyprint installed, but that is not the place here, i may file a new bug for that).
