Video Demo Of Glitches

SUMMARY

 I'm experiencing a visual glitch when resizing the terminal while Kate is open. I have attached a screen recording showing the issue: 



STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open A file in Kate
2. Resize the bottom panel


OBSERVED RESULT
Visual Glitches 


EXPECTED RESULT
No Visual Glitches

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: Fedora Linux 41
KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.11.0
Qt Version: 6.8.2

Can't reproduce on X11

Can not reproduce on Wayland, either. That seems to be rather an error in the lower stack, e.g. your driver, we can't fix that in the application, I hope system updates will fix that for you in the future.

Thanks for the reply.
I tested kate's flatpak version and had no visual glitches, so I don't think this is a driver issue 
Also I installed KDE on top of XFce, could That be causing an issue 

I installed KDE using

sudo dnf groupinstall "KDE Plasma Workspaces"
sudo dnf install @kde-desktop

I also ran 
sudo dnf reinstall kf5-* plasma-* qt5-*

But still I have the same problem. 
anything else that I can try?

its qt6 and kf6 these days.

Running 
sudo dnf reinstall qt6-* kf6-* kde-* 
Also didn't resolve it..

Anything else I can try
