when i am out of the edit mode of the panel the margin separator line disappears tho it works but it just disappears but when i open the editor mode it shows the line only when i exit out of it this (1.66 MB, image/png)

OBSERVED RESULT
i can only see the margin separator on editor mode when i exit it the line dosent show only it works

EXPECTED RESULT
the line should show the pipe thing
