I can't get a connection established between the to Handys both running Android .
The newer one runs Android 14 UKQ1.231108.001, the older one Android 8.0

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. beeing in the same WLAN, both Handys runnig KDEconnect V1.33.2.
2. trying to connect over 'available' devices: nothing is listed 
3. trying to connect over the known IP: the other device is not pingable

OBSERVED RESULT
no connection is available 

EXPECTED RESULT
connection of the other Android device
