SUMMARY
Digital Clock tooltip doesn't always display on hover

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Hover over Digital Clock widget on panel multiple times

OBSERVED RESULT
Tooltip sometimes is not displayed

EXPECTED RESULT
Tooltip always displayed

Operating System: Arch Linux 
KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.3

That's odd. I clearly see the problem in the screen recording.
I'm not able to reproduce this on two systems running git-master

In the recording, the panel is at the bottom. The clock is at the right side, showing only HH:MM PM (no date). I used the same settings as well as the default settings.

I'll leave this open in case someone else can reproduce.

I can't reproduce this either. Does it also happen with other widgets, or only digital clock?

Out of 6-7 I tried, I can reproduce this with Digital Clock and KDE Connect widgets. Also reproducible on a fresh user with all default settings.

I also can't reproduce this at all.

Are you able to create a new user account to see if it happens in there too?
