List of wallpapers not loading for second monitor

Steps:

1. Right click on first screen and select Desktop and Wallpaper
2. Right click on second screen and select Desktop and Wallpaper

Expected result:
List of Wallpapers should be loaded for both screens.

Real result:
List of Wallpapers is shown only for the first screen. See attached image.

I can reproduce this on Plasma 6.3.3. as well as git-master
Note: Wallpaper type needs to be set to Image to reproduce
