SUMMARY

permit switching pages through bookmarks in one PDF without asking for saving PDF with new annotations

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  open a PDF with several pages
2.  create bookmarks
3. add annotation, e.g. mark text
4. use bookmark to jump to a specific page
5. notice how bookmarks cannot be used without saving the PDF first


OBSERVED RESULT

This saving of the PDF is totally unexpectend and confuses the user. 

EXPECTED RESULT

User can use bookmarks within the same PDF without saving the file.
