SUMMARY
In a vertically-arranged monitor setup on X11 with a top edge panel, LibreOffice windows are always opened so that the title bar sits under the panel. This forces the user to move the window using super+mouse or another method, which is not ideal.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open LibreOffice

OBSERVED RESULT
The window is opened so that the title bar is under the panel.

EXPECTED RESULT
The window is opened so that the title bar is not under the panel.
