GWENVIEW USES BLURRY SCALING METHOD/ALGORITHM STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open an image with a higher resolution than your display 2. Scale the image in any way with it still being higher dpi relative to your display 3. Observe blurry scaling of the image 4. (optional) Open same image with same scaling in Nomacs (or any other viewer with good scaling method) 5.
