the print show that i added the actions and applied, but session toolbar, on the top right, didn't change

SUMMARY
Adding any of the 3 actions(Copy user input, copy except prompts, copy command output) on the session toolbar don't work, other actions work fine and show up, just those 3 that don't

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open configure toolbar
2. select session toolbar
3. send one of the 3 available actions to current actions

OBSERVED RESULT
the session toolbar stayed the same

EXPECTED RESULT
the session toolbar shows the 3 actions like any other

Hi - can you please confirm that those commands appear when 1) Semantic Shell Integration is enabled and active for your current shell and 2) text from that shell is currently selected? The information at https://docs.kde.org/stable5/en/konsole/konsole/semantic-shell-integration.html may be a helpful reference.
