Please add a feature to automatically agree this replacement.

during many many years that was the case with plasmoid packagekit. There was no authorisation.

Please it's the user choice not yours. It's not to you to decide at my place.

Please add an option.

And you forgot one thing, this not me who decides to update tenth libraries with among them one or two to agree to replace them. This is the openSUSE team
