(I also see reports of instability with this update on bodhi: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2025-bf80d1dadc)
Also, I downloaded and installed four packages of the previous version, 6.3.2.1-1.fc41 from here: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=2659658 kwin, kwin-wayland, kwin-common, kwin-libs And downgraded to them with dnf and none of my steps are causing crashes anymore.
I've been having the same issues, same device and distro. Just to add another trigger for what is potentially the same crash, exiting from sleep also produces a guaranteed crash. The XWayland Video Bridge also fails to start after these crashes, and attempting to run an X11 application through it will then cause another crash.
Thank you for the bug report! This issue is already being tracked; marking as a duplicate. Will be fixed in 6.3.3, out on tuesday. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 501181 ***
