Install OpenSUSE TW on laptop 2. run System Monitor 3. click History OBSERVED RESULT total CPU usage is above 100%, such as 300..400 as a sum of 4 cores none of which is 100 loaded. EXPECTED RESULT sum of all CPU cores does not add up to 400%, it should add up to 100% max. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: NA macOS: NA (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window) Linux/KDE Plasma: OpenSUSE Tumbleweed 20250304 KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.2 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.11.0 Qt Version: 6.8.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION percentage numbers do not add up correctly. Example: CPU0=20%, CPU1=20, CPU2=20%, CPU3=20%, Total CPU=300%. Bad math.
