Enable folder mode for the desktop SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: 6.12.17-1-MANJARO (64-bit) KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.2 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.11.0 Qt Version: 6.8.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This isn't a new bug, I just expected it to be fixed in Plasma 6.3.

On X11, the text is sharper and the background blurrier, and it's the other way around on Wayland. It's as though the focus was on the foreground on X11 and on the background on Wayland.
This looks like the same issue as bug 482720, which was marked a duplicate of bug 479891 That was supposed to be fixed in Frameworks 6.9, and I see your system has Frameworks 6.11.0 It also looks similar to bug 500683, but in that case only the first row of icons has blurry text. I can reproduce fuzzy icon text on Plasma 6.3.2, FW 6.11.0 - 1440p display 125% - external monitor attached to laptop in 3 screen configuration git-master FW 6.12.0 - 1920 x 1080 display 110% - single screen
Would be interesting to know if it's exactly the same as Bug 500683, or if the text is blurrier on all rows.

Based on these two last screenshots, there doesn't seem to be a difference between the rows or columns.
