SUMMARY

kwin_x11 uses massive amount of CPU (like infinit loop) and freezes the desktop when I'm trying to maximize a window. It happens rarely but whenever it happens, it is because I was maximizing window by grabbing it using my mouse and pulling it to the ceiling.
Also during this issues all of the plasma shortcuts (like opening terminal) get disabled. The only thing that works is mouse movements (clicking doesn't work) and mouse cursor get stuck in grabbing icon (which is like a fist).

To resolve the problem I have to go to TTY mode send KILL signal to kwin_x11 or reboot the entire system.
