Description Stewart Webb 2025-03-05 14:41:35 UTC
SUMMARY
Starting a new instance of Kasts (for example via the KDE application launcher) whilst one is already running, starts a duplicate instance.

I noticed this when i started using the "Show icon in system tray" + "Minimise to tray instead of closing" feature, as i had one minimised, closed and opening Kasts again, duplicated the tray icon.

I'd expect this to reconnect to the already running instance.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start an instance of Kasts
2. Start Kasts again

OBSERVED RESULT
2 instances of Kasts

EXPECTED RESULT
1 Instance of Kasts - perhaps bringing the already-open to the foreground
