Can't close tabs and konsole window freezes

Version: konsole-master-3918-windows-cl-msvc2022-x86_64

I can't close tabs when I try to cross the tab out. However, typing `exit` works.

Also, right clicking on tab and selecting close tab doesn't work.

It seems like I can close the tab out when I'm in a Linux environment (eg WSL or SSH)
