Please report this to your distribution, you're missing the kde-gtk-config package

The missing kde-gtk-config package was something I also thought of, as I thought it somehow got removed after the system upgrade, but I tried reinstalling it, updating it, it doesn't work.

Regardless if I don't find a solution for this, I'm closing this and reporting to distro instead, but I think it's a KDE issue.

Did you upgrade from a previous version or installed it straight?

Seems like a packaging bug; moving to Neon.
Comment 7 Carlos De Maine 2025-03-13 02:54:45 UTC
hi. plasma 6.3.3 was promoted to user and testing editions today. it should contain a newly built kde-config-gtk-style that links to the new libkdecorations3private2 and hence displays the appropriate button in systemsettings. please reopen if this does not fix the problem for you.

Idk why I didn't close this.

I'm on Arch Linux now, as KDE wouldn't update on my previous distro, but yeah the issue is fixed now.
