SUMMARY
When powering on my monitors in a 2 monitor environment, plasmashell has a notice on the screen that there was a crash

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Turn off dual monitors
2. Turn on dual monitors
3. plasmashell reports a crash and ksystemlog shows a core dump 

OBSERVED RESULT
Greeted with plasmashell has crashed notification

EXPECTED RESULT
Simple resume of desktop environment
