SUMMARY
When trying to set the shortcut Alt+^ on a German keyboard an invalid Shortcut is saved (Alt+ោ?).
It is the same behavior with others dead keys also, like  ´ `.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Settings > Keyboard
2. Add a custom shortcut (for example Walk "Through Windows of Current Application")
3. Enter Alt+^ (Above the tab-key on German keyboard)

OBSERVED RESULT
The value in the UI is: Alt+ោ?
When exporting the kwin shortcuts the entry in te kksrc file is:
Walk Through Windows of Current Application=Alt+`; Alt+ោ?

EXPECTED RESULT
Shortcut should of be as entered (Alt+^)
