SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Clean boot or start of kwin
2. Launch dolphin and try to enter an smb:// url


OBSERVED RESULT
Observe that you have to type the colon ':' twice, as the first colon keystroke is ignored

EXPECTED RESULT
That you only have to type smb:// , instead of smb:://

Can't repro this, for me it just writes smb:// as expected. Does it happen with other protocols like sftp:// too?

It does happen with sftp:// URLs as well.  Admittedly, it appears to be intermittent -- I don't have a reliable way to reproduce this.
