SUMMARY
Right clicking on items within a panel widget's interface will result in the widget stealing focus until it is clicked again. Using Application Launcher as an example but this also applies to system tray, and I assume any widget that contains right-clickable items.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click Application launcher to open list of applications
2. Right click on an application to bring up its options
3. Click on the desktop

OBSERVED RESULT
- Right click menu closes, as expected
- Application Launcher remains open and will not close until it is first given focus again

EXPECTED RESULT
Right click menu and Application Launcher both close.
