SUMMARY When viewing the list of pending updates in Discover, when offline updates is selected, you can see the list of packages and what version number they will be upgraded *to*, but not the current version number that they will be upgraded *from*. This differs from the situation with interactive updates. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. In System Settings, Software Update, have "Apply system updates: After rebooting" selected 2. Wait for updates to be available 3. Open Discover 4. Open Updates page 5. Click on the entry under System Software (with "X packages will be upgraded") and click More Information 6. View the list OBSERVED RESULT See text like "Upgrade to new version 5.46-2.1". EXPECTED RESULT See text like "5.46.1-2 -> 5.46-2.1", as Discover shows with interactive updates. This text might be coming directly from the distro, rather than being processed and presented into its final form by Discover. If that's the case, this will be harder or impossible.
