Kontact error page

SUMMARY
I justo opened Kontact, and after few seconds loading an error  "A required background service is not operational"  appear on top of the application, with a "Details..." button.
Hovering on the button, a tooltip appear, explaining i would get more info clicking on the button.
Clicking on the button does not work

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Stop (?) the background service (not sure what it is)
2. Open Kontact and wait for the error to appear
3. click Details...

OBSERVED RESULT
Button does click animation, but nothing appear

EXPECTED RESULT
some windows open or extra text is shown
