SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Operating System: NixOS 25.05 KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.0 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.10.0 Qt Version: 6.8.2 Kernel Version: 6.13.3 (64-bit) Graphics Platform: Wayland Processors: 32 × AMD Ryzen 9 5950X 16-Core Processor Memory: 62.7 GiB of RAM Graphics Processor: AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX ADDITIONAL INFORMATION some of the widgets are "network speed graph" widgets that have been changed to pie charts of different components, the left most pie chart was created as a generic system monitor widget, and also seems to be reset, the only setting that transferred was the name, and the size of the pop-up when you click on them
I'm not able to reproduce this on Plasma 6.3.1 or git-master on Solus This may be related to bug 499894 where the cloned panel does not carry over the custom App Launcher icon (only in Fedora) I'll keep this open in case someone else can reproduce
Which widget exactly are you talking about? Can you be very specific regarding which widgets you add to your panel? Also, can you try it out in a new clean user account and see if the issue reproduces there?

(In reply to TraceyC from comment #4) > This may be related to bug 499894 where the cloned panel does not carry over the custom App Launcher icon (only in Fedora) > I'll keep this open in case someone else can reproduce i don't think it's that, as i can't reproduce it (In reply to Nate Graham from comment #5) > Which widget exactly are you talking about? Can you be very specific > regarding which widgets you add to your panel? > > Also, can you try it out in a new clean user account and see if the issue > reproduces there? the `System Monitor` widget, i am led to believe that the widget `Network Speed` is the system monitor widget with a default configuration yes sure, i've tried it in a minimal VM, same thing, see the latest attachment

does this happen with every systemmonitor widget?
(In reply to Marco Martin from comment #11) > does this happen with every systemmonitor widget? not sure exactly what you mean, but i think yes, all system monitor widgets in a copied panel get reset to their default
