Setting the built-in Guide bin to 2x2 is not preserved between sessions on one of my setups, but is reset to 1x1. All other settings are preserved.

On another of my setups, this bug does not happen, so I am guessing something in the kstars or Ekos preferences is being overwritten. 

Can you tell me where the kstars and ekes settings are stored on MacOS? There is no .local folder in my HOME directory.
