gnome automatic screen lock

SUMMARY
Add an option to lock screen automatically after screen is turned off automatically (like "Automatic Screen Lock" in Gnome, see screenshot).
Now it is only possible to set a time in minutes of inactivity after which the screen gets locked (and optionally the option to have the screen locked after waking from sleep).
Via "Power Management" it is possible to have different times of inactivity until the screen is turned off (e.g. if laptop is on battery, on ac power or on low battery). It would be great to have the option to link turning off the screen with locking the screen easily and possibly to configure a delay for locking the screen after the screen turns off (without having to use some custom solution like executing loginctl lock-session after the same period of time set for turning off the screen and keep it snychronized manually if screen turn off timeouts are changed).
