SUMMARY
Brightness of an external monitor connected via HDMI resets to 100% after sleep.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect an external monitor, disable built-in one
2. Set brightness to 0%
2. Leave the laptop idle, so it goes to sleep mode
3. Turn the screen on

OBSERVED RESULT
Plasma reset brightness to 100%

EXPECTED RESULT
Brightness stayed the same as before sleep mode
