SUMMARY After enabling colorblind correction for testing and then disabling it, resuming from hibernation causes the desktop to display incorrect colors (not matching the enabled/disabled state). Though the "Enable" option remains off, colors stay distorted. Temporarily fixing this requires re-enabling and disabling the setting again. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Enable colorblind correction. 2. Disable colorblind correction. 3. Hibernate the system. 4. Resume the session. OBSERVED RESULT Persistent incorrect color display after resuming. EXPECTED RESULT Normal color rendering after resuming from hibernation. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux Kernel: 6.13.3 KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.1 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.11.0 Qt Version: 6.8.2
I'm not able to reproduce this with git-master using sleep (this system is not set up to hibernate) Leaving open for someone who has a system with hibernate to try to reproduce
Do you also experience this with other KWin effects?

(In reply to Zamundaaa from comment #2) > Do you also experience this with other KWin effects? I've also checked what will happen if i hibernate with colorblind correction turned on. The result is colorblind correcting turned off, though Apply button isn't enabled and colorblind correction mark is checked.

First time I got this bug accidentaly, but when I reproduced this bug again, the result still the same.
