wonky window

SUMMARY
Firefox Window was a bit flickery/jumpy (see video)

Not sure how to reproduce, did just notice it for the first time today

EXPECTED RESULT: window should not move/flicker

Does it happen in a private browsing window too? If so, this is 100% a Firefox issue.

If not, it may still be a Firefox issue, or it may be a breeze-gtk issue
