The issue is resolved after turning on said monitor and it also doesn't happens after it's turned off again. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Have a monitor connected but turned off at boot time 2. Move or resize a window OBSERVED RESULT After a few seconds when dragging the window resizes/moves to it's original position/size EXPECTED RESULT Windows don't change it's size or position while dragging SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Operating System: Fedora Linux 41 KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.1 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.11.0 Qt Version: 6.8.2 Kernel Version: 6.12.15-200.fc41.x86_64 (64-bit) Graphics Platform: Wayland Processors: 12 × AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor Memory: 16.7 GB of RAM Graphics Processor: AMD Radeon RX 6750 XT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION I have 2 monitors connected via displayport and a tv connected with hdmi that's turned off. All of them have 100% scaling.
