scaling glitch in monitor setup page

SUMMARY
When right clicking on desktop to open monitor setup page, the monitor setup page open, but with a noticeable glitch: the content of the page first appears too big, then scales properly.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Right click on your desktop to open monitor setup page

OBSERVED RESULT
The monitor setup page open, but with a noticeable glitch: the content of the page first appears too big, then scales properly.

EXPECTED RESULT
The content should appear smoothly without glitch.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1. I have only noticed the bug since the update to KDE 6.3.
2. I observed the bug either in a single monitor setup scaled at 200%, or in a multi-monior setup (one at 100%, one at 200%), in both screens.
