SUMMARY
When navigating the clipboard history popup with the keyboard, the selection continues out of view until the bottom is reached.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set your clipboard history to be something larger than the default, mine is set to 20.
2. Fill your clipboard history with entries by copying different things to your clipboard.
3. Press the keyboard shortcut to open the clipboard history or click the clipboard system tray icon.
4. Scroll down using the keyboard arrow keys.

OBSERVED RESULT
The selected clipboard history item is selected out of view. You can't see what is selected. The view is not scrolled until the very top or bottom of the list is reached.

EXPECTED RESULT
I expected the history popup to scroll down with each keyboard down arrow press to keep the active selection in view.

We caught this one just too late for 6.3.1, but the fix is already merged and will be in 6.3.2 next week.

Confirmed fixed in 6.3.3.
