I have Desktop Session set to "On Login, Launch Apps That Were Open:" set to "When Session Was Manually Saved". I close everything except for 3 Dolphin windows, click Application Launcher, select Leave, and Save Session. Other than open about a half dozen apps that were not open when I clicked Save Session all 3 Dolphin windows were launching without issue. Now for about a week in both Garuda and RebornOS on login or reboot the half a dozen apps open and only one Dolphin window opens. Can you reproduce the issue and then immediately after login, print the contents of the ~/.local/state/plasmasessionrestorestaterc file?

This is not happening on my roommates machine. It is doing exactly what it should which is launch 3 Dolphin windows upon reboot or logoff.
I'm in Reborn now and the issue seems to have resolved itself. When I landed on the desktop this time I noticed I had all 3 Dolphin windows like I should. I'll test Garuda tomorrow and if all's good I'll mark this as solved.
OK I' actually back in Garuda and this behavior is still happening.
Sounds like there's a configuration or packaging difference between those two machines that's account for the issue. It would be very helpful if you could pinpoint which one it is. Thanks a lot!
Just saw your last post. I had spoken too soon. As soon as I did Gary's updates and rebooted his machine had the same issue. Fix for staying in the same folder and or tabs on reboot post in the bug fixes and on the forum by other users. Dolphin added 3 times to autostart and all is good now.
