SUMMARY Lately I've been trying to locate sddm settings and it was very surprising that those are stored inside "Colours & Themes" under "Appearance & Style". While I kinda understand the reason, session settings have nothing to do with "Colours" nor "Themes". STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open up settings 2. Try to locate default session setting when you don't remember any of keywords OBSERVED RESULT Surprising revelation of SDDM settings not related to appearance appearing under appearance settings. EXPECTED RESULT These behaviour settings which are not related to SDDM looks should be somewhere under "Security & Privacy" or "System" (maybe even inside "Users" or "Sessions"). SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Operating System: Arch Linux KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.1 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.11.0 Qt Version: 6.8.2 Kernel Version: 6.13.2-arch1-1 (64-bit) Graphics Platform: Wayland

Out of curiosity, what settings were you changing. Autologin makes sense elsewhere, probably under User. The rest can probably just be deleted.

Yeah, the intention here is to split the KCM, and keep the side that deals with appearance where it is, and move all the technical features into the Desktop Session and User KCMs. It's just that it hasn't happened yet.
