SUMMARY when opening folders on low bandwidth network shares, dolphin hangs until it fetched/calculated all the size infos for all folders STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. mount nfs share over low bandwidth link 2. open subfolder on nfs share with a lot of folders 3. dolphin hangs until the folder size infos are completely loaded OBSERVED RESULT dolphin gets unresponsive and hangs EXPECTED RESULT dolphin fetches the info in background (without hangs) or allows to disable calculation of folder size for network shares like nfs, sshfs, ... Hi, just want to know how did you mount the folder? Did you insert it in /etc/fstab or did you mount it from Dolphin?
